Plastix Welding Website

This project is a custom business website built for Plastix Welding, a plastic fabrication company based in New Zealand. The goal was to create a professional, editable website with a lightweight CMS and responsive design.

  A simple, modern site that the client could manage themselves (update text, change images, etc.) without needing to touch code.

• Solution:
  I delivered a fully responsive Django-based website with a customized admin panel for easy content management.

• Custom Admin Panel:
  The site is powered by Django’s admin interface, giving the client access to edit key site components (text blocks, images, contact info, etc.) without technical knowledge.

• Responsive UI:
  Built with Bootstrap to ensure the site looks and works great on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• SEO-Friendly Structure:
  Semantic HTML, optimized image loading, and meta tag management to support search engine visibility.

• Clean Deployment:
  Production-ready deployment with PostgreSQL as the database for performance and scalability.

Outcome

The site is live at plastixwelding.co.nz, and the client is now confidently managing their content through the admin panel. The project provides a strong foundation for future growth or additional features like a blog or gallery.
